How to Find the Right Replacement Cartridge for Your Pool or Spa

If you are already aware of your filter cartridge's part number or replacement number, you can simply search the part number on our product page to quickly verify compatibility. However, if you do not have this information, you can follow these steps to choose the correct cartridge:

• Measure the outside diameter of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16th).
• Measure the length of the cartridge from end cap to end cap (+/- 1/16th), excluding any handles or extensions.
• Identify the correct top and bottom type, and if open, measure the inside diameter of the opening (+/- 1/16th).
• Note any identifying features of closed end caps.
• Keep track of the manufacturer and model number of the filter.
• Determine if there is a center core (PVC pipe in the center).
